The holidays are one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year! We love spending the season with your pups and making their stay feel like a holiday of their own.
Because space is limited during peak holiday weeks, please review our holiday policies before making your reservation.
Holiday boarding is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and we ALWAYS fill up!
Booking early is highly recommended. Once we reach capacity, we will not be able to accept additional reservations.
All required vaccinations must be current and on file with us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled check-in date.
If we do not have your dog's required vaccination records 2 weeks prior to check-in, your reservation will be forfeited.
Please don't wait until the last minute!

Due to extremely high demand and limited availability, our regular cancellation policy does not apply to peak holiday reservations.
Please bring food and medications ONLY. To prevent personal belongings from being lost or misplaced during our busy holiday season, please leave all beds, blankets, toys, bowls, and other belongings at home.
All reservations with a CHECK IN date during the time frames below are NON REFUNDABLE:
Thanksgiving: November 20 – November 27
Christmas & New Year's: December 20 – January 2
If you cancel a reservation with a check-in date falling within one of these periods, NO REFUNDS OR ACCOUNT CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED-regardless of how far in advance the reservation is canceled.

No Daycare will be available during these time frames:
November 22nd-30th
December 22nd-January 3rd
Regular daycare services will resume after the holiday boarding period.
